We appreciate your business and want to provide the best experience for you. We value your time and our therapist’s time as well. We schedule our appointments around our therapist’s available times during the day. In order to assure our therapists are compensated for their time we have the following payment protocol.

A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of scheduling. You are responsible for the remaining balance after your service. (You also have the option to pay for your service in full at time of scheduling if you wish.)

Appointments may be cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel after 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your service fee.

If you are a no-show for your appointment you will be charged the full fee for your service.
